The position
The frontend is the product.
VZU Web is the React/Next.js engineering practice inside the VZU family. Senior frontend engineers who know the framework cold — Server Components, Server Actions, the App Router, RSCs, the rendering model, the data cache, the optimistic UI. We build production frontends that load in under a second, that don't drop frames, that don't break.
We pair with backend, design, and product. We take a Figma file and a Prisma schema and ship the product surface in between. The frontend is where the operator meets the work. The frontend is the product. The frontend is the part that matters most.
VZU Web engineers are senior. They have shipped 10+ production apps. They know the framework better than the framework knows itself.
